Can I place an order to be shipped outside of India?
Currently, our services are only limited to regions of India but soon will let you know when will start to cater international orders.
When will my order dispatches?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs to 48 hrs from the date order has been placed with us. Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 4 days of post-dispatch from warehouse, depending on the logistic partners. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, public holidays, bandhs or any sort of unforeseen circumstances.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon your order, logistics partner availability and the delivery location.
Can I modify / cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled by the consumer at any point of time prior to dispatch basically within 24 hrs. Post dispatch order can’t be cancelled. However, once an order has been successfully placed successfully, modifications including changes to the delivery address, payment method, or order quantity will not be accommodated. To make any changes, the existing order must be cancelled, and a new order needs to be placed, provided the order status has not been changed to "Dispatched."
What should I do if my order is delayed?
In the event that your order is delayed or cannot be delivered for any reason, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of
your delivery and provide any necessary updates. Or else you can reach out to us using our support channels.
What should I do if I want to return my product?
Once our products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. But for damaged/expired/ incorrect items delivered, please reach out to us at support@fkconsumers.com in that case, it needs to be ensured that product is in proper condition, sealed/un-opened and we are being contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours we are not liable for it.

Yes, Cash On Delivery (COD) is available; however, a nominal fee of ₹49 will be added to the order total.
